About Me (in relation to UX)
I am full stack User Experience (UX) Designer with strong UX Research and information architecture skills. I find concept desirability and work closely with teammates to architect and design novel digital products to suit discovered user needs. I hold a Diploma in UX Design from NYU's School of Professional Studies and obtained my UXQB certification in foundational usability testing from Rolf Molich. I served as an active member of the board of directors for the New York City User Experience Professionals Association for three years. In my day job, I lead UX Research in The Hartford's Small Business Innovation Lab, an incubator for new digitally delivered insurance concepts. At night I am currently teaching in the UX Design graduate program at Pratt Institute. In my free time I paint, consume various types of science fiction, and play with my dog, Pepita.
